Kersia’s engagement with #WorldClimateDay 🌍

As the COP15 Biodiversity Conference is taking place in Montreal Canada,  Kersia reaffirms its commitment for a better world. 🌱

🎯 Since 2021, we have implemented a climate program, and we commit to having our #GHG emissions by 2030, setting a science-based emission reduction target, aligned with the SBTi’s target-setting criteria.

How can we achieve our #commitments?

✅ Systematically implement climate KPIs to drive the strategic decisions of the group, either for the development of new products, the choice of new acquisitions, or the validation of new investments
✅ Promote low carbon transition by informing, training, and engaging all our stakeholders
✅ Decrease the use of fossil fuels & encourage energy efficiency
✅ Transform our portfolio by automatically implementing an environmental impact analysis of our current solutions, to choose less impactful materials and best manufacturing practices
✅ Rationalize our logistics to reduce the impact of both raw materials and transportation, all along our supply chain
➡️ As a result, transform our business model to correspond to the new models of agriculture and food businesses

Because #ClimateChange waits for no one, at Kersia our +2.200 employees don’t wait and act for the climate to ensure healthier, and more #sustainable food.
