We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Distribution Accounts Division. Ideally in Moncton, New Brunswick.
What you will achieve:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for taking charge initiation and the execution of sales activities related to the achievement of business objectives within a network of distribution accounts according to the business development plan established for various distributor accounts in the Atlantic provinces which main business segments are food service, convenience channel, healthcare and education, building services provider, manufacturing industries.
More specifically, he or she will be responsible for:
- Executes customer retention and sales development activities of the company’s products line and services through existing and potentially new distributor accounts operating in the 4 Atlantic provinces;
- Orchestrate the implementation of commercial and marketing activities related to the execution of customers hygiene programs, occasionally mobilizing the various functions of the company;
- Participate jointly with his superior in the negotiation of hygiene programs and the closing of commercial agreements;
- Participate in recommendations related to customers programs technical support activities, and their scope of work;
- Presents business reviews using performance indicators – sales and financial data – and directs the execution of action plans and corrective measures agreed with customers;
- Orchestrates and monitor business projects related to the achievement of sales objectives with company functions;
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce Marketing, Finance or other related discipline;
- Minimum of 2-3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial cleaning and hygiene industry;
- English oral and written, (French optional);
- Solid network in the food and hospitality sector or in the building service contractor market;
- Able to implement various tracking tools in completing projects that requires cross-functional involvement;
- Able to develop and deliver business presentations at corporate level;
- Basic knowledge on commercial dispensing systems and cleaning equipment;
- Demonstrate excellent business communication skills in oral and written English ;
- Able to adapt to homebased work and\or regional office work environment (TBD);
- Able to manage regular traveling across the 4 Atlantic provinces.
