A GUIDE TO GOOD SURFACE HYGIENE PRACTICES

It is crucial to rigorously apply the usual hygiene procedures for all surfaces in the establishment and increase the application frequency. To maximize the hygiene conditions and make the environments safe for employees and customers, it is recommended to DISINFECT at least TWICE A DAY all surfaces at high risk of contamination and all surfaces that could be in contact with the customers.

• Install physical markers on the floor as a reminder to respect social distancing, mainly around the reception counter, near the elevators and any other place where customers are likely to gather.
• Remove unnecessary items from common areas (magazines, flyers, trinkets, etc.).
• The reception staff should wash their hands after completing transactions that involve handling of money, credit cards or a payment terminal touched by a customer.

  • When you get home, it is very important to clean your work clothes according to the usual procedures (if possible with warm water).

  • To minimize contact between customers and employees, limit maintenance to a strict minimum during a customer’s stay.
